Abstract
Visual symptoms of migraine sufferers are variable and interesting. These visual disturbances could be overlaid by headache and other symptoms that impact the patient. However, some patients complain dominant visual symptoms due to frequency (migraine aura status), duration (persistent migraine aura), and other persistent positive visual phenomena, or complexity (visual snow syndrome). There syndromes are not common and challenging to classify in clinical practice resulting in a lack of systemic studies on pathogenesis and treatment.
